Early Music collects Voxtrot’s celebrated Raised By Wolves and Mothers, Sisters, Daughters & Wives EPs together, compiling the recordings that first introduced the Austin band as one of the defining voices of the mid-2000s indie blog era, alongside peers Vampire Weekend, Grizzly Bear and The National. Originally released separately in 2005 and 2006, the EPs captured the raw ambition, emotional immediacy and melodic songwriting that quickly earned Voxtrot an international following.

The first pressing of Early Music was released in 2022 as part of Voxtrot’s highly anticipated reunion. Limited to 2,000 copies worldwide, the vinyl edition swiftly sold out and has since become a sought-after collector’s item, regularly commanding high resale prices on Discogs, where copies often sell quickly after appearing for sale.
