Tresque - Bal Alarmant Tresque

"The Tresque is a medieval dance from Italy at the origin of the farandole...

TRESQUE (d'incise AKA, Tresque in Dub, Insub label, member of La Tène etc) - explorer of meticulous sound - makes this forgotten ballroom inspiration from the 14th century a real medieval rave, avant-garde and percussive. BAL ALARMANT is a cry of love to the the Massif Central, with tunes of the Puy de Dôme, evocations of Auvergne traditions, reminiscences of balls and festivals of the Cantal. It is a tribute to the countryside, to the chromatic accordion, to the hoarse beat and to the screaming violin of the 80s."
