In September 2020, Ollie Hughes was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a devastating illness. Determined to leave a lasting musical legacy for his wife Sheena and their three young children, Ollie embarked on a mission to create a profound piece of work. Rallying behind their dear friend, and bringing together their distinct musical styles and talents what transpired was nothing short of extraordinary.
Following Ollie's passing in April this year the band are now hoping that his story and his music can serve as an inspiration to others. The Ollie Hughes Band's story is one of inspiration, friendship, and the indomitable spirit of creativity. Their music serves as a testament to the transformative power of art, even in the face of adversity.
