The Next New Low’s first vinyl record The Unreachable is to be released this September 2025. It is a 6-track lo-fi gem, recorded at home with Casio MT-70 keyboards and guitars.
It’s a natural progression from trauma to grief to the glimmers of hope and positivity.

The Next New Low have played countless gigs and festivals, most notably, The National Concert Hall as part of the Metronome series, All Together Now Festival, Clonakilty Guitar Festival, and appeared on RTÉ’s Music from Ireland series. They’ve also recorded with David Kitt, Jape, Conor O’Brien (Villagers), Wallis Bird, Glen Hansard, and many others.

Contributions from Conor O’Brien (flugelhorn), Lizzi Murtough (cello), and James Smith (guitar) make this a delightful sonic journey.
