In 2014, a group of Franco-Irish musicians formed TheCeltic Social Club for a one-off performance at the Vieilles Charrues Festival. Now, they are celebrating a powerhouse decade of The Celtic Social Club with their fifth studio album, ‘Inventory’, and a world tour.

First single, ‘I Can’t Wait Anymore’, lures in audiences with a soft pair of bass and lead vocals before it crescendos into a bittersweet anti-ballad, powered by the band’s full seven-man roster. Fans will recognise the group’s signature blend of Celtic inspired folk smashed together with rock and pop stylings. The result is a beautiful mix somewhere between the jaunty fun of Irish pub tunes and the crying guitars of PinkFloyd.

With influences ranging from the worlds of traditional Celtic music, rock energy, pop melody, and some folk magic, ‘Inventory’ promises to take listeners on a musical journey that they’re not going to get anywhere else.

The band have previously made international waves after being discovered by the BBC’s legendary Janice Long, leading to regular plays on Europe’s biggest radio station, BBC Radio 2. Following this, The Celtic Social Club bagged a full-page interview in The Times Culture section and graced the cover of Rolling Stone.
