THE BOYS - Damn Those Eyes / Nevermind The Botox THE BOYS

On 7th August 2026, The Boys release a double A-sided limited-edition vinyl single on Damaged Goods Records. "Damn Those Eyes" and "Never Mind the Botox" were recorded last year at The Planet Of Noise Studio in Limmared, Sweden. Both songs are taken from The Boys' sixth official studio album, due for release in December 2026.

Along with the Sex Pistols, The Clash and The Damned, The Boys were part of the first wave of the mid-1970s UK punk explosion. Armed with an arsenal of Steel/Dangerfield songs, The Boys became the first UK punk band to sign an album deal in January 1977. Highly regarded by the music press and their contemporaries, their well-crafted songs, together with Casino Steel and Matt Dangerfield's love of harmonies, led to them being described as "The Beatles of Punk", though they could just as deservedly have been compared to Ramones – fast, alternately brattish and tongue-in-cheek, and gloriously anthemic.

The new single features original founding members and songwriting team Matt Dangerfield and Casino Steel, alongside longtime members Chips Kiesbye and Kent Norberg (from Swedish band Sator), and Martin H-Son (ex-Backstreet Girls). Renowned international filmmaker, and former The Crybabys bassist, Danny Garcia makes a guest appearance on "Never Mind the Botox" and also provides the promotional videos for both songs.
