LP - Black Vinyl.

The Beaches show us that sometimes a breakup can be a breakthrough on their sophomore studio album “Blame My Ex”. Following their Juno award-winning album Sisters Not Twins (The Professional Lovers Album), The Beaches are back with their sophomore studio album, cracking their upbeat, brazen shell to reveal a more vulnerable inside on “Blame My Ex”.

Eliza Enman-McDaniel (on drums), Leandra Earl (on keys and guitar) and sisters Jordan and Kylie Miller (on lead vocals/bass and guitar, respectively) are letting a real-life heartache lead the way.

"It's a breakup album...and (about) figuring out you can find love in so many ways." - Jordan Miller. When the heart splits open, it unleashes all kinds of love, from platonic to queer and everything in between. They’re uncovering it all on this album, and they've managed to keep it "equal parts silly party beaches and heartbroken emotional girls” , says Kylie Miller.

The Beaches have paired with executive producer Lowell (Beyonce, Madison Beer, Nessa Barrett), Juno-nominated producer Gus Van Go (Arkells, Sam Roberts), and producer Sam Willows (Ruby Waters) to maintain their electric spirit. They’ve been dead-set on focusing on songwriting and melody to channel their live energy into this album for a more authentic sound.
