The Aints - Autocannibalism The Aints

“In a way, The Aints were a reverse/parallel project to Today Wonder. A very similar way of looking at the material, though using different tools garnered a very different sonic outcome. First time ever on vinyl pop pickers... direct from the original tapes” - Ed Kuepper

The Aints is a band name used on occasions by Ed Kuepper during his prolific early 1990s period. The group's name relates to Kuepper's first recording group, The Saints, Autocannibalism dates from 1992, both on Hot Records. Australian music historian Ian McFarlane said of the band during this period, "With blistering, guitar-heavy tracks, these albums were the antithesis of Kuepper's solo work." Autocannibalism has never been available on vinyl before.
