Swell - ...Well? Swell
Orange & Black Marbled Vinyl LP in a gatefold sleeve with an 8 page booklet.
"...well?", Swell's second full-length, is now reissued by Talitres on vinyl in a remastered version by JJ Golden Mastering
Swell, a San Francisco-based indie rock band formed in 1989, quickly rose to prominence after self-producing and self-releasing 2 albums in the early 90s. With the release of "...well?" in 1992, the band were crafting their own sound, a mix of acoustic and electric guitar, vocals tinged with disillusionment, a bass that feels both sparse and distant and drums that serve as a relentless backtone.
"First there was Nirvana, then Pavement, and now Swell May be the next thing to watch out for." - John Peel
