SUGA SHIKAO - Sweet [Japanese Import] SUGA SHIKAO

Renowned for his distinctive sound and deeply expressive lyrics, Shikao Suga made his debut in 1997 with the single Hit Chart wo Kakenukero. He gained nationwide recognition through Yozora no Mukou, a song he wrote for SMAP, and has since produced numerous classics, including Progress and Ougon no Tsuki. Still actively making music today, Suga will finally see his original albums released on vinyl for the first time, in their original release order.

Following the first wave of releases, Clover and FAMILY, scheduled for December 2026, the second wave features two titles: his third album Sweet (1999) and fourth album 4Flusher (2000).

Sweet features 10 tracks, including his sixth single Bokutachi no Hibi, seventh single Yoake Mae, and eighth single Amai Kajitsu, as well as Yuudachi, the theme song for the film and anime Boogiepop and Others, and Futari no Kage, an insert song from the anime Honey and Clover II.

Both albums will be released with sleeves faithfully reproducing the artwork of the original CD editions.
