Rancid return with their tenth studio album, Tomorrow Never Comes, released on Epitaph Records.
Emerging from Berkeley, California, Rancid was formed in 1991 by former Operation Ivy members Tim Armstrong and Matt Freeman. Following the release of their self-titled debut in 1993, Lars Frederiksen joined the band, with the group going on to release acclaimed albums including Let's Go (1994) and the platinum-selling ...And Out Come the Wolves (1995). Branden Steineckert joined on drums in 2003, completing the line-up that remains together today.
Throughout their career, Rancid has remained fiercely independent, combining songs about political and social issues with stories of love, loss, and community. Continuing the spirit of the original punk bands that inspired them, they remain one of the defining acts of East Bay punk.
