Gargoyle Of The Garden State is the punk rock record many fans have been waiting for from Rachel Bolan. Produced by Nick Raskulinecz, the acclaimed producer behind records by Foo Fighters, Rush, Alice In Chains, Halestorm and Evanescence, the album bursts with fresh energy and attitude while standing apart from anything Bolan has previously released.

The project also features an impressive lineup of guest musicians, including Bolan’s fellow Skid Row members Dave “Snake” Sabo, Scotti Hill and Rob Hammersmith. Additional collaborators include Corey Taylor of Slipknot, Grammy-winning guitarist Nuno Bettencourt of Extreme, Danko Jones, Steve Conte of New York Dolls, and Damon Johnson of Brother Cane and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

What makes the album particularly striking is not only that it deliberately avoids sounding like Skid Row, but that Bolan himself takes centre stage throughout — handling lead vocals, performing most of the guitar work and playing all bass parts personally.
