After the successful release of Musas Vol. 1 and Natalia Lafourcade's contribution to the Disney Pixar hit film Coco, Lafourcade continued the Musas project where the cultural heritage of Latin American folk music is centralized. A follow-up was more than welcome, fans and critics received Musas Vol. 2 with loving words. This time the album was not only nominated for the Latin Grammys, but also for the international Grammy Awards.
