Moody Joody - Plain Jane Moody Joody

Nashville indie-pop trio Moody Joody make a striking first impression with ‘Plain Jane’, their debut album arriving via Photo Finish Records.

Bursting with shimmering hooks, driving guitars and infectious melodies, the album pairs irresistible indie-pop energy with sharp songwriting and emotional depth.

Following its titular heroine through relationships, transformation, societal expectations, and self-discovery, ‘Plain Jane’ is a bold, cathartic statement from one of Nashville pop’s most exciting emerging voices.

Moody Joody share a barrage of songs both outrageously fun and powerfully cathartic, all born from a personal metamorphosis that Kayla Hall of the band refers to as “abandoning the versions of ourselves that we’ve outgrown.”
