LP - Limited Edition Ultra Blue Vinyl.
The shy Corkonian - stonemason by day, troubadour by night - caused quite a stir with his 2005 debut 'Evening Train', an album that drew more comparisons with a young Tom Waits than any other artist in recent memory, Irish or otherwise. the most astounding thing about Flannery, though, was that an album dripping with maturity, poise and potential was crafted when the blarney man was just 21 years old.
This is a vinyl reissue of Flannery's third studio album, Red To Blue, originally released in 2012. It spent three weeks at number one in the Irish Albums Chart and singles "Gone Forever" and "No Way To Live" enjoyed a lot of airplay. His song "Up The Hill" was covered by Shawn Colvin and Emmylou Harris.
The Red To Blue tour was a major success for Flannery, featuring sold-out shows all over Ireland, most notably the Olympia Theatre in Dublin. The tour finished with two sold-out shows at the Róisín Dubh in Galway.
