Mary Bragg - Secrets to Strangers Mary Bragg
Black Vinyl LP
Revered Nashville-based singer/songwriter/producer Mary Bragg brings her first new album in over four years, recorded at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals with Grammy Award-winning artist/producer John Paul White and lauded producer, engineer, and keyboardist Ben Tanner.
Every song is essentially a secret told to a stranger. When the truth is clear, the stranger recognizes themselves in it. With her sixth full-length album, Bragg offers a collection of deeply personal stories to the outside world.
Mary Bragg leads a backing band of Southern rock royalty including Chad Gamble (Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit), Zac Cockrell (Alabama Shakes), & Jay Gonzalez (Drive-By Truckers), delivering a record that is both expansive & intimate. Secrets to Strangers is her most powerful showcase of soul, vulnerability, & hard-won confidence, anchored by sharp songwriting & undeniable craftsmanship. While previous features in Rolling Stone, NPR, & Forbes have proven her case, this is Bragg at her absolute best.
