The Canadian technical death metal band Martyr, centred around the two brothers François Mongrain and Daniel Mongrain, released three albums during their active period from 1994 to 2012 – Hopeless Hopes (1997), Warp Zone (2000) and Feeding the Abscess (2006) – which were rightly celebrated by fans.
In 2023, Martyr reunited, and in 2026 all three albums will be reissued on CD and marbled LP.
