Lottie Brazier - On Course but No-one There to Salute You Lottie Brazier
Black Vinyl LP with Insert.
Self-recorded at home and mixed at 4AD studios, writer, visual artist and producer Lottie Brazier’s debut album On Course But No-One There To Salute You features eleven tracks of tightly produced and deeply atmospheric pastoral post-punk.
Brazier’s unique contralto vocals, jagged guitar and erudite lyrical skills alone would make this album a standout, but the sheer number of pop-hooks in what is ostensibly an experimental record elevates this to future cult classic status. The vast skies of Suffolk never felt quite so transportive.
