Kahimi Karie’s Second Mini Album, conceived as the Soundtrack to an Imaginary Film Starring Kahimi Karie

Released in 1995, this second mini album is a unique and imaginative work created around the concept of a fictional Trattoria Cinema film starring Kahimi Karie, with the album serving as its soundtrack. Keigo Oyamada acted as musical director, while contributors including Yasuharu Konishi helped shape its distinctive cinematic world. The album features a wide variety of musical styles, including a cover of a Serge Gainsbourg classic, the duet “Wakakusa no Koro” with Monsieur Kamayatsu, and “Itsuwari no Koi ~ Ai no L’amour ~” with Masatoh Ibu.

In addition to “Wakakusa no Koro (Let's Sing with Kahimi Karie)” and “Itsuwari no Koi ~ Ai no L’amour ~ (Let's Sing with Kahimi Karie)”, which were originally included only on the first pressing limited edition, “GOOD MORNING WORLD”, originally released as an 8cm CD single, is included as a bonus track.
