J.J. Cale - Number 10 J.J. Cale

J.J. Cale (John Weldon Cale) was an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter. Though he avoided the limelight, being temperamentally averse to celebrity, his influence has been widely acknowledged by artists such as Mark Knopfler, Neil Young, and Eric Clapton, who described him as one of the most important artists in the history of rock. Cale is considered one of the originators of the Tulsa Sound, a loose style drawing on blues, rockabilly, country, and jazz. Although he passed away in 2013, his legacy continues to inspire generations of musicians.

Number 10 is Cale's tenth studio album and presents another wonderfully laid-back collection of his signature songs. "Traces", "Artificial Paradise", "Low Rider" and "Jailer" are widely regarded among his finest recordings of the 1990s.

Number 10 is available as a limited edition of 1,000 individually numbered copies on turquoise coloured vinyl and includes an insert.
