King of America is the tenth album by Elvis Costello, originally released on 21 February 1986. Co-produced by Costello and T Bone Burnett, the album originated following a series of tours the two made under the name "the Coward Brothers". This plunge into blues and roots Americana stands with This Year's Model and Imperial Bedroom as Costello's greatest work.

6CD - King of America and Other Realms explores the career defining 1986 album produced by T-Bone Burnett: from the solo demo versions of songs that appear on King of America to the mélange of Memphis to New Orleans inspired recordings and collaborations over the last 4 decades.

The journey across the music is guided by Costello’s newly self-penned 35-page essay and numerous rare and never-before seen photos. The collection is anchored by CD1, a new 2024 remaster of the album from the original master tapes. CD2 collects the solo demos recorded in 1985 and now includes 6 never heard before Red Bus Session recordings. CD3 is a never heard, mixed from the multitrack tapes, 17-song concert recorded in London, UK on January 27, 1987. Hear Elvis in concert backed by James Burton, Jim Keltner, Jerry Scheff, Belmont Tench and T-Bone Wolk. The set closes with 3 compilation CDs that digest Costello’s studio recordings, previously unreleased demos, outtakes and live recordings.
