The 12th release from Irish experimental artist Don’t Think: 50 minutes of crushing distortion, hypnotic drones, and doom-laden riffs across 12 tracks of blackened drone metal.
Recorded across five sessions from 31st July to 4th August, 2025. Most of the riffs heard were written and developed during these recording sessions, with some ideas coming from an early test session that were then further explored during the recording process. Beyond layering multiple recordings in each track, a minimalist mixing approach was taken to present the recordings as they sounded when being performed. The tracks are presented in the order they were recorded.
All tracks were recorded using the following equipment: Epiphone Thunderbird IV electric bass, Harley Benton Dyna compressor pedal, J.Rockett Audio Designs 10 Ton Hammer overdrive pedal, and Ampeg PF-350 bass head.
