International superstar Dolly Parton, one of music’s most influential and successful recording artists of all time, released her third Christmas album in 2020, A Holly Dolly Christmas. The critically acclaimed and fan-loved album received many accolades including a Grammy® nomination and a #1 debut on both the Billboard County and Holiday albums charts. A Holly Dolly Christmas debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums when it was originally released in October 2020. On several songs, Parton is joined by guest performers, including Michael Bublé, Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus, Jimmy Fallon, Willie Nelson, and her late brother, Randy. The album produced four singles: “Mary, Did You Know?” “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus,” “Christmas On The Square,” and the top 10 AC hit “Cuddle Up, Cozy Down Christmas” with Bublé.
In time for the holidays 2022, Warner Records expand the album with eight tracks as A Holly Dolly Christmas (Ultimate Edition), including rarities making their CD debut. Tracks were added to the original 12-track album as digital bonus tracks in 2021. For the 2022 edition, two of the bonus tracks are released on CD for the first time, plus 6 additional tracks. The new 20-track album is released as an “Ultimate Deluxe Edition” on CD. The artwork has been revised for the 2022 edition.
