Choki Biki Records is back with a 6-track EP called "All My Friends Are DJ's" from the Electro Breaks duo DiGJiT.
The group consists of Los Angeles-based producers Danny Goliger [@danny_goliger] (Dirtybird, Scuffed, Fantastic Voyage, Boiler Room) and James Cooper Thomas (also known as DJ Health And Wellness)[@djhealthandwellness], who have teamed up to produce music solely using hardware and explore various UK Rave genres, including Acid, Breaks, Electro, and Jungle.
Following the success of their first release, "Hit Me In The Face So I Can Feel Something," on the Dublin-based label, DiGJiT has returned to Choki Biki with a fully-fledged Vinyl EP. ‘All My Friends are DJ’s’ is filled with heavy basslines, squelchy synths, and crunchy drums, all produced using the pair's wide range of hardware. Additionally, it features two remixes from Choki Biki label boss Sharpson [@sharpsonmusic] and Irish breakbeat duo Cedarwood State Trax [@cedarwoodstatetrax]. ‘All My Friends Are DJs’ comes out on Choki Biki Records on the 23rd of June.
