Our favourite London duo ddwy are back on Public Possession with a 4-track EP titled Tell Me, Told You.
“Drink the real flowers” is soft, emotional, cinematic stuff, giving hard late 90s early 2000s Trip Hop vibes. Check the B-Side for a very lush D.J. mix by “Stone”.
The title giving “Tell Me, Told You” is peaking psychedelia, a warm, intense hug. “Told You, Tell Me” is orientated more towards the dancefloor and can surely create some serious ecstasy if played in the right moment.
In all this, the multiple layers of sounds intertwined with Naomi’s voice create one remarkable, organic whole that is full testament to the continuous evolution of these super talented musicians.
