Founded in 1990 in Helsinki, Amorphis have worked their way up to the top of the European metal scene. Eclipse marked the beginning of a completely new era when singer Tomi Joutsen joined the band, re-introduced growls into the melancholic sound of the band and to this day, this record might be one of the most important ones in Amorphis’ 30-year-long career.
