Amon Tobin’s Chaos Theory returns in a 20th Anniversary Reissue of his soundtrack for Ubisoft’s Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. First released by Ninja Tune in 2005, the ten-track album stands on its own as a cinematic electronic record, moving between stealth, tension and explosive action. This edition presents the full album on transparent green double vinyl, wrapped in an illustrated foldaround poster and clear screen-printed outer.
Amon Tobin is a Brazilian-born electronic musician whose catalogue spans Bricolage, Permutation, Supermodified, Foley Room and ISAM. Chaos Theory remains one of his best-known scoring projects.
“I tried to write the music as if it was a score for a Dario Argento movie.” — Amon Tobin
