Alasdair Roberts & Fredrik Rasten - Seven Weathers Alasdair Roberts & Fredrik Rasten
Vinyl 2LP in full-color gatefold with b&w inner sleeves including lyrics, photos, and credits.
A new duo takes an expansive approach to Scottish traditional song across seven hypnotic tracks, opening up the music and poetry to new possibilities. Fredrik Rasten’s vocals, guitars and keyboards bring alternative tonalities to the adventurous territory Alasdair Roberts explored on Spoils, What News, A Wonder Working Stone and 2020’s The Old Fabled River, where the two first met and played together.
