When does it go live?

Remaining RSD stock lands online at 8PM, Monday 20th April.

Can I collect straight away?

No — please wait for your ready to collect email before coming in.

Can I combine orders?

No, sorry — we can’t combine orders during RSD. Due to the volume of orders, it is impossible to combine orders for this event.

Has my order gone through?

Got an order number? You’re all set.
No email after 48 hours? Contact us.

Basket = mine?

Nope. It’s only yours once you’ve checked out. Grab priority items first.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to most countries.

Tracking info?

We send out tracking numbers with all our orders.
