Recorded as part of the hybrid live/studio album Anthem of the Sun, this show features the entirety of what was included on Anthem of the Sun, along with spectacular renditions of nascent future Grateful Dead classics including “Dark Star,” “China Cat Sunflower,” and “The Eleven.” Rounding out the setlist are "old school" Dead songs going way back to 1965-1966, including “Morning Dew,” “Good Morning Little Schoolgirl,” and “Midnight Hour.”” - David Lemieux
