Afterlife - The Pain That Shapes Us Afterlife

Afterlife have never shied away from confronting pain--but on The Pain That Shapes Us, they transform it into strength

Formed in West Palm Beach, Florida by vocalist Tyler Levenson after escaping an abusive home, the band has built its reputation on brutally honest songwriting that resonates with anyone navigating trauma, loss, and resilience. Blending hard rock, heavy metal, and hip- hop influences, Afterlife push their sound further than ever on their 2026 full-length, pairing crushing riffs, atmospheric synths, and soaring melodies with their most vulnerable lyrics to date. The result is a powerful statement about survival, growth, and reclaiming your story--proof that even life's darkest moments can shape something stronger.
