GULP - All Good Wishes - LP €20.99 (E.L.K.)
Gulp feature Super Furry Animals’ Guto Pryce, Lindsey Leven and their long standing guitarist Gid Goundrey. On 'All Good Wishes', Gulp are on a journey, a state of perpetual transition. The band make mini Kraut-pop epics, informed equally by the sun flares of the Californian desert and the drizzle of pure, sweet Scottish rain and northern light. Debut album ‘Season Sun’ was a home-grown delight, a ramshackle, endlessly inventive selection of dreamy psychedelic nuggets to watch the world flash past.
STEVE HAUSCHILDT - Dissolvi - LP €21.99 (Ghostly)
In search of the sublime, contemporary electronic musician Steve Hauschildt has designed grids and panoramas of sound across multiple releases through the rise and dissolution of his former band, Emeralds, an American touchstone of 2000s home-recorded psychedelic noise music. Consistent with his solo work is Hauschildt’s ability to coil his craft in precise, varied, and distinctly physical forms.

TONY MOLINA - Kill The Lights - LP €19.99 (Slumberland)
On new album 'Kill The Lights', West Bay native Tony Molina continues his artistic evolution, steadily moving away from raging Weezer/Teenage Fanclub-style power-pop nuggets fueled by shredding guitar pyrotechnics and Tony’s ironclad DIY HC roots to mostly acoustic arrangements that owe as much to “Horizontal”- era Bee Gees and the Fanclub’s mellower moments as they do to Georges Harrison and Martin.
