Although the album came together almost effortlessly over a short period, the idea had been developing for many years.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the closing days of 2024, Windy \u0026amp; Carl and Optigan Conservatory came together and naturally slipped into a shared creative process. Without discussing the music beyond their usual stream of jokes and conversation, the quartet simply began playing. Windy \u0026amp; Carl's hovering augmented chord voicings and vaporous guitar drones were joined by electric piano and synthesizer textures from Frank and Fred.
