The songs here were destined for the bands third LP \u003cem\u003eThe Who Sell Out\u003c\/em\u003e and were specially remixed by \u003cstrong\u003eKit Lambert\u003c\/strong\u003e for radio transmission. As a result the tracks sound different to both stereo and mono LP versions. \u003cem\u003eI Can See For Miles\u003c\/em\u003e features clearer vocals plus a considerably enhanced Entwistle bass track which fills out the track. \u003cem\u003eI Can’t Reach You\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003eOur Love Was\u003c\/em\u003e both show the simple perfection of \u003cstrong\u003ePete Townshend\u003c\/strong\u003e’s songwriting around this time. The former is a completely new mix, the latter has stripped down percussion and a novel country-style guitar part.  \u003cem\u003eSummertime Blues\u003c\/em\u003e was not included on the album but it is a fine version, with reverb on the hand claps and a fuller drum sound than the version that would eventually emerge in 2009.
