They began recording the album in 2023 but the international tours caused delays, as did the departure of original bass player \u003cstrong\u003eJack Kong\u003c\/strong\u003e in early 2024. New bass player \u003cstrong\u003eEthan Stahl\u003c\/strong\u003e (formerly of UK band Chubby and the Gang) came on board a year ago after Kong helped the band finish the tracking process. Initial album sessions took place with \u003cstrong\u003ePaul Maybury\u003c\/strong\u003e of \u003cstrong\u003eRocket Science\u003c\/strong\u003e at his \u003cstrong\u003eA Secret Location\u003c\/strong\u003e studio, with subsequent tracks recorded with \u003cstrong\u003eMatt Blach\u003c\/strong\u003e of the \u003cstrong\u003eMurlocs\u003c\/strong\u003e at \u003cstrong\u003eGizz Studios\u003c\/strong\u003e (following The Prize’s European run with King Gizzard late in 2023) and, in January of this year, with \u003cstrong\u003eRobin Mukerjee\u003c\/strong\u003e of \u003cstrong\u003eTV Colours\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe band, which features drummer \u003cstrong\u003eNadine Muller\u003c\/strong\u003e sharing lead vocals with guitarist \u003cstrong\u003eCarey Paterson\u003c\/strong\u003e together with guitarists \u003cstrong\u003eJoseph Imfeld\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eAustin Haire\u003c\/strong\u003e as well as new bass player \u003cstrong\u003eStahl\u003c\/strong\u003e, is known for its powerful three-guitar frontline and melodic twin lead guitar.
