To those familiar with Nick's work, this was nothing new. \u003cstrong\u003eDemon Records\u003c\/strong\u003e are delighted to present a new suite of reissues celebrating Nick’s work from this era.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn a move which would have surprised many at the time, Nick's sixth solo album \u003cem\u003eThe Apple Bed\u003c\/em\u003e was originally released in August 1997 on \u003cstrong\u003eCreation Records\u003c\/strong\u003e - though not on LP. As with \u003cem\u003eTangled\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eDemon Records\u003c\/strong\u003e will be making it available on (apple) green vinyl for the very first time. Among other things, Creation - and particularly their biggest act, Oasis - was closely associated with Britpop, a movement that sought to emulate concise, well-crafted songs of the Beat era thirty years earlier.
