Sonic touchstones include \u003cstrong\u003eBjörk\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eElizabeth Fraser\u003c\/strong\u003e, and the kulning-style singing of \u003cstrong\u003eLena Willemark\u003c\/strong\u003e. Made across three years in Sweden, the album was built without Murex knowing it would become one.
