The recordings of “\u003cem\u003eWhat It Is\u003c\/em\u003e” and “\u003cem\u003eThat’s What Happened\u003c\/em\u003e” were so well thought of by Miles that he utilized them for his 1984 release \u003cem\u003eDecoy\u003c\/em\u003e, but in heavily edited form and this release would include the first release of them in complete form.
