Lebrón was Puerto Rican and raised in New York from the age of five, making him part of the generation of Nuyoricans that expressed themselves through salsa.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1574\"\u003eIn addition to playing piano and leading Eddie Lebrón and His Orchestra Suave, as the band was then called, Lebrón also composed and arranged the tunes on the record. Aside from being distinguished as the debut of both Ghetto Records and Eddie Lebrón’s band, \u003cem data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1390\"\u003eGhetto Records Presents...\u003c\/em\u003e sported an eye-catching cover by \u003cstrong data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1441\"\u003eIzzy Sanabria\u003c\/strong\u003e.
