Midnight Rock was home to many of the great voices of dancehall, with producer Jah Thomas at the helm, adding vocals to the high-quality rhythms recorded at \u003cstrong\u003eChannel One\u003c\/strong\u003e studios with the legendary, de facto resident band \u003cstrong\u003eRoots Radics\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThomas made some of the earliest recordings for both \u003cstrong\u003eEarly B\u003c\/strong\u003e and future super star \u003cstrong\u003eSuper Cat\u003c\/strong\u003e, and as Super Cat became the hottest name on the scene, Thomas lined up a showcase album featuring a side from each artist. A small number of white labels were pressed up, but the release never got further.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eSide A\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e gathered up four of Early B’s most well loved cuts including \u003cem\u003eVisit Of King Selasie\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003eSunday Dish\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003ePedestrian\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003eCane Man A Fe Bath\u003c\/em\u003e.
