Plus a very special live performance of an acoustic set from Athens, GA’s iconic Flicker Bar. We recorded the basic tracks for our Decoration Day album in late May \/ early June 2002 in Athens GA. On June 20, DBT was nominated for several awards at the Athfest \/ Flagpole Music Awards. We all dressed up in vintage suits and performed several songs at the beautiful Morton Theatre in downtown. We decided that it would be fun to go play an acoustic late night show at the tiny Flicker Bar, less than a block away from our beloved 40 Watt Club. We ended up playing a set that included all but one song off of our new but still unfinished album. . This is a beautiful document of our band at a very crucial and joyous moment in time.
