A case in point is the track ‘\u003cem\u003ePick Your Fighter\u003c\/em\u003e’, which features \u003cstrong\u003eJulien Truchan\u003c\/strong\u003e from \u003cstrong\u003eBenighted\u003c\/strong\u003e on guest vocals, and was inspired by a French pop song ‘ –\u003cem\u003eEt c'est parti\u003c\/em\u003e…' by \u003cstrong\u003eNâdiya\u003c\/strong\u003e – though you’d never guess it from the song’s crushing heaviness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRachel explores multiple experiences in her lyrics like anxiety, assault and dealing with grief. The expansive final track, ‘\u003cem\u003eÉlégie\u003c\/em\u003e’, is about losing her grandfather, and the regret that can come from things left unsaid.
