Meanwhile, \u003cem\u003eKarma Loan\u003c\/em\u003e is a fuzzy, sprawling psych track that spilled out of Baird during a deep immersion in Bach, featuring cello by Clara Kennedy and closing with a sound collage of spiritual gurus hawking easy paths to enlightenment. Then there's \u003cem\u003eHorse Moon\u003c\/em\u003e—built around pedal steel that shimmers like rays of moonlight, drifting through vignettes from a late-night walk across New York City, with Pedrum Siadatian's lead guitar lending the whole thing an unhurried, dreaming quality.
